- 800 gr. fresh salmon with skin
- 400 gr. young potatoes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 gr. raisins
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 200 gr. leek
- 200 gr. goat cheese
- Some fresh lettuce leaves
- Pepper
- Salt
Grilled salmon with curry salad is a very interesting and festive dish, it is simply impossible to cook grilled salmon that is not tasty, so you will definitely get a delicious festive dish.
Recipe for Grilled Salmon with Curry Salad

First you need to prepare the fish for cooking. Now rub the salmon with salt and fry it on each side for about 3 minutes.

Boil and cut potatoes into slices. Combine lemon juice, capers, olive oil and raisins in a saucepan and place over low heat to simmer. Now put this mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Add pepper and salt if necessary.

Cut the apple into slices and fry in olive oil with curry for 1 minute. Add some wine sauce and remove the skillet with apples from the stove. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and mix everything. Add lettuce, goat cheese and onions. Mix everything, if necessary, add pepper and salt as needed.
