- 1 egg
- two tbsp. mayonnaise and vegetable oil
- a mixture of sugar and cocoa (equally) - half a glass
- 70 grams of flour
- 1/3 tsp soda
- 1 st. sour cream
- 2/3 st. Sahara
- 0.5 st. water
- 3 tsp gelatin
Valentine's Day Heart Dessert Recipe
We combine the egg, mayonnaise, butter, sugar and cocoa. Mix and drive the flour (mix with soda).
Spread the dough in a thin layer along the bottom of the mold. Bake at 180 ° C (no more than 10 minutes, I baked in 7 minutes)
From improvised materials (plastic bottle) we make the shape of a "heart".
We prepare the base for the white layer: we combine sugar, water with gelatin (it should cool completely), sour cream (I also added a drop of turmeric for a beautiful shade). If desired, banana slices or raisins can be added to the resulting base.
We send a bowl of "cream" to the refrigerator for literally 5-10 minutes - as soon as the mass begins to set (thicken), we take it out and proceed to the preparation of the dessert itself.
We spread the biscuit, on top - a layer of cream and another layer of biscuit. We send it to the refrigerator.
We make another sour cream layer and cover with a chocolate heart. At your discretion, the height of the sour cream layer can be more or less. From this, as well as from what size your forms will be, the height of the dessert will also depend. I had enough sour cream for the third layer of jelly.
