Dessert "Heart" for Valentine's Day
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sugar (no slide)
  • 3 tbsp flour with a small slide
  • 3 tbsp refined oil
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/3 tsp soda
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar or powder
  • 1 pack berry jelly (we take the package that is designed for 400 ml of water)
Very tender and tasty dessert for Valentine's Day! You can use a store-bought biscuit, or you can make a cookie base for dessert to make it even easier.

We make dough from these products, spread it on parchment with a thin layer (about 3 mm) and bake the cake (10-14 minutes at 180 degrees, no longer).

Jelly is bred not in 400, but in 150-200 ml of water (follow the instructions). If you want to get a denser consistency - we take less water.

When the jelly has cooled, combine it with a cream of sour cream and sugar. We lay the cake in the form, cutting off as many edges as necessary. We impregnate with a jelly blank (literally a few spoons). We send it to the refrigerator. After 15-20 minutes, pour the rest of the jelly and send it to the refrigerator again, already for an hour and a half.

Cut out hearts with a cookie cutter. If you put one blank on top of another, you get a higher dessert. You can also initially make twice as much sour cream and jelly blanks - do it the way you like best.
