Ingredients
  • noodles (udon) - 0.2 kg
  • chicken fillet - 0.5 kg
  • mango (not very soft) - 1/2 medium fruit
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • flour - 60 g
  • pepper (can be a mixture of peppers) - 0.5 tsp
  • salt - 30 g
  • sauce (Thai) - about 6 tablespoons
  • parsley - 0.5 bunch
Udon noodles are a product of Japanese cuisine. Therefore, having prepared it, and even with mango, you can amaze everyone with your culinary talents for a long time. Despite the fact that preparing this dish is not difficult at all, especially with our step-by-step recipe.

Wash and dry fruits and vegetables.

We clean carrots. We cut it into pieces.

Cut off the side of the mango, peel it. Cut into thin strips.

Pepper cut into slices.

Mince the garlic with a knife. You don't have to do it too small.

Finely chop the parsley.

Beat 1 egg. Pour it into a preheated pan with 1 tsp. oils. We fry it, however, constantly stirring it, as if crushing it into separate pieces.
