Ingredients
- Turkey fillet - 1 kg
- Ginger root - small piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Melissa - 2 branches
- Green onions - 1 bunch
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Adjika - ½ cup
- Orange juice - 50 ml
- Juice from half a lime
- Soy sauce - ½ cup
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- Red pepper - 2 pcs.

Turkey barbecue recipe

Cut the turkey meat into the necessary pieces, pepper and salt them as needed. Salt is better not to add too much.

Prepare the marinade for the turkey skewers. Cut the pepper into small cubes, finely chop the onion. Finely chop the ginger root, also chop the lemon balm sprigs and garlic cloves. We mix all these components and add to them a little vegetable oil, orange juice, lemon juice, adjika and soy sauce.

Mix the turkey with the resulting marinade and let it brew for 1 hour, but no less.
