Grilled salmon on skewers with chorizo and white beans
Second courses
- 400 g fresh Norwegian salmon
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 200 g zucchini
- 4 cheese chorizo sausages (any spicy hunting sausages will do)
- 20 ml dry white beans
- 1 onion
- 2 pcs. tomato
- 2 pcs. bell pepper
- Olive oil
Recipe for grilled salmon on skewers with chorizo and white beans
In chicken broth, boil white beans, pre-soaked overnight, until the beans are soft.
Cut the salmon into small pieces. String 2 slices of chorizo and 2 slices of salmon alternately on skewers. Cook for 6 minutes over high heat.
Cut the zucchini into small circles and fry on both sides until golden brown. Add onion and fry for a couple more minutes. We cut the tomatoes and paprika into thick slices and put them in a pan where the zucchini are fried, add the beans there. All together should be extinguished for several minutes. Add chopped garlic and cumin with rosemary to taste.
Finely chop parsley, add lemon zest, olive oil and garlic to it. Grate the salmon and chorizo with the resulting mixture after it is grilled. Our grilled salmon on skewers with chorizo and white beans is ready to delight you and your family!
