Put the same pan on the fire and add one 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil. After the frying pan with oil warms up, pour the chopped mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes), then pour the mushrooms onto a plate with meat.

After pouring another 1 tbsp into the pan. tablespoon oil and add chopped onions and vegetables and fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and soft.
