Ingredients
  • cookies (the most common, "square") - 400 g
  • condensed milk (not "varenka") - 250-300 g
  • butter - 150 g
  • halva - 100 g (+/-)
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. spoons

Unusual recipe for chocolate sausage. The originality is that the dessert contains halva.

We grind cookies and halva in a meat grinder. We leave a few pieces of cookies whole (4-5 is enough).

Add to the resulting crumb: soft butter, cocoa, condensed milk, nuts, the remaining cookies (it should be broken with your hands).

We mix everything, and send the "dough" in a bag / film. We form a sausage. Refrigerate for about an hour.

Cut the chocolate sausage with a sharp knife. We make the pieces plump - at least 0.5 cm thick.
