Carrot pancakes
Ingredients
  • carrots - 1 tbsp. (already grated on a fine grater)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. how to type
  • milk - 200 ml
  • water - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - half tsp (possibly less)
  • soda - 1/3 tsp
  • flour - a little less than a glass
  • oil sl. – 30 g
This recipe is the result of my experimentation with dough. Pancakes turned out delicious, ruddy and very tasty!

We combine carrots and sugar in a saucepan, pour in water, and send to the stove. After boiling, cook at a low boil for about five minutes, add oil and turn off the heat.

We combine the eggs with salt and milk, shake with a whisk. Add carrots with syrup (cooled). We mix. If you don’t want to see carrots in pancakes, grind the carrots with syrup in a blender.

Add flour, knead the dough. Also add soda. The dough is a little thicker than we usually do for pancakes.

Fry pancakes over moderate heat. Lubricate the pan before the first pancake, after - if necessary.
