Pancakes "Caramel"
Ingredients
  • boiled condensed milk - 150 g
  • warm water - 400 ml
  • flour - 150 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - 1/3 tsp. spoons
The recipe for caramel pancakes is based on boiled condensed milk (“taffy”). Pancakes are tasty, tender and fragrant.

Dilute condensed milk with warm water (200 ml). Stir thoroughly, there should not be large inclusions of toffee in the dough. Otherwise, the pancakes will stick to the pan.

Add salt, eggs. Mix well.

Add flour, mix thoroughly. Add another 200 ml of water. Mix again.

We fry pancakes on a fire above average. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil. Before each new pancake, pour literally two drops of oil into the pan and distribute with a silicone brush.
