"Biscuit" on sour cream

- sour cream - 400 g (15-20%)
- eggs - 2 pcs. (or 3, depending on how big)
- flour - 2 cups
- sugar - 1.5 cups (maybe a little more)
- cocoa - 2 tbsp. spoons
- chayn. a spoonful of soda (with a small top)
The word biscuit is in quotation marks, because. there is no sour cream in the classic biscuit. This recipe is very simple and delicious. "Biscuit" is fragrant (without the smell of eggs) and porous. If desired, you can add dried berries, nuts, raisins, fruits, etc. to the dough. The result is a perfect pie!

Combine eggs with sugar. We introduce cocoa. We mix.

Add sour cream, soda. We mix.

We add flour. Can be sifted directly over the dough bowl. Mix until smooth.

Lubricate the form, pour out the dough. We bake a "biscuit" at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Cooking time depends on the size of the product. If you poured the dough in a thin layer (large form), it will take less time to cook.
