Ingredients
  • dried porcini mushrooms (forest) - half a liter jar
  • 1 large onion
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • vegetable oil for frying
Porcini mushrooms (dried) in sour cream is a hearty and very tasty dish. Cooking dried forest mushrooms, of course, takes a long time (it only takes 1-1.5 hours to cook the mushrooms), but the result is worth it.

Mushrooms are briefly soaked in cold water, and boiled in salted water for about 1.5 hours.

Drain water from mushrooms.

Cut the onion into half rings (or a quarter of the ring), fry in oil.

After 5-7 minutes, add the mushrooms, simmer a little more

After another 3 minutes, add sour cream and mayonnaise. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
