Belyashi "Lazy"

Belyashi "Lazy"
Ingredients
  • warm water (a droplet warmer than body temperature) - one and a half tbsp.
  • press yeast - 15-20 g
  • flour - 2.5 tbsp.
  • salt - 2/3 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
  • minced meat (I have pork + beef) - 400 g (plus minus, of course)
  • onions - 1-2 pcs.
An excellent recipe - lazy belyashi is very easy to cook according to it and it turns out to be stunned how delicious it is! The biggest plus of the recipe is that you do not need to sculpt products with your hands and knead the dough with your hands. Eat, my dears...

Recipe for belyashi "lazy"

1

Thoroughly mix sugar and yeast in warm water.

2

After five minutes, add flour and mix well.

3

The dough should be viscous, somewhat thicker than pancakes. Cover bowl with dough and leave for 20-30 minutes.

4

Add onions to the dough (three on a prickly grater), minced meat (fry for just a couple of minutes - the minced meat should just brighten a little). We mix.

5

We cover the bowl with the dough again and leave it - we wait until the dough has doubled in size (the photo shows how well my dough has risen). Estimated time is half an hour.

6

We start frying - the fire is slightly less than the average level, we add oil for each serving. Anticipating your questions, I answer: I have not tried deep-fried such “belyashi” - I can’t say how it will turn out.
