  • Frozen green beans - 400g
  • New potatoes - 400g
  • Shallot - 1 onion
  • Parsley - 5 sprigs
  • Olives - 15 pcs
  • Capers - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 6 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Grain mustard - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper - to taste

First you need to prepare the dressing. To do this: peel and finely chop shallots, parsley. Add a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Season the entire dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Remove the pits from the olives by crushing them with the flat side of a knife.

You should pay attention! When purchasing olives in a store, you can immediately choose a pitted product.

Boil the potatoes in salted water (potatoes in the "uniform"). When it is completely ready, drain the water, dry and peel the potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes and season with a small amount of olive oil (2 tbsp).

Boil the beans for 2-3 minutes to keep them crispy. Drain in a colander and get rid of excess water. Mix beans, olives, capers, potatoes in a separate salad bowl, pour dressing.

Salad ready! Serve immediately after preparation. Lettuce retains aroma and taste while warm. The presence of legumes in the salad makes the dish tasty and satisfying.
