Green salad with radish, cherry tomatoes and pomelo
Ingredients
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ pomelo
  • 4-5 radishes
  • 100 g mixed lettuce leaves
  • Small bunch of cilantro
  • 1/3 stem lemongrass
  • 1 st. l. olive oil
  • 1 st. l. rice vinegar
  • 1 st. l. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp fish sauce nam pla
I usually return from a trip to Southeast Asia with a bag of spices and a desire to eat local food three times a day. The spices are running out, but the desire to eat something so light, crispy, smelling of Thailand does not go away. In such cases, I make a substitution, and it works.

Recipe for green salad with radishes, cherry tomatoes and pomelo

Cut cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces. Wash the radish and cut into circles. Peel the stalk of lemongrass and chop finely. Chop the cilantro.

Peel the pomelo from the peel and films and disassemble into small segments.

Make the dressing by mixing sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and fish sauce.

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, lemongrass, pomelo and cilantro. Drizzle with dressing, stir and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
