- Lettuce leaves - 150 grams (absolutely any lettuce will do)
- Basil, cilantro, parsley - 100 grams
- Sunflower seeds - 5 tablespoons
- Pumpkin seeds - 5 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Goat cheese - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 5 tablespoons
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Pepper
- Salt
A very light dietary salad with beneficial properties and a pleasant aroma. You can experiment with this salad recipe as much as you like, probably nothing will spoil it.
Goat cheese green salad recipe

We wash the greens and lettuce leaves, then transfer to a salad bowl.

We need soft cheese, for this we send it to the oven for a couple of minutes. Then cut into pieces and move to lettuce leaves.

We make sauce. Mix olive oil with mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Dress the salad with the resulting sauce and mix everything.
