First, make the pancakes themselves. To do this, mix the usual pancake dough on water with spinach chopped in a blender. Pancakes are fried from the resulting dough, in the same way as ordinary pancakes. When the pancakes are ready, proceed to the preparation of the filling. To do this, mushrooms and chopped spinach are fried in olive oil, adding butter, salt and pepper, cooking for another 3 minutes. The filling is wrapped in pancakes and served, preferably warm. You can also make a creamy garlic sauce for such pancakes.
