Ingredients
  • Flour - 0.5 kg
  • Drinking water - 300 ml
  • Vegetable oil (olive is preferable) - 4 tbsp.
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp
  • Strawberries - up to 500 g
  • A piece of your favorite chocolate - up to 100 g
Vareniki is a wonderful and light dish. However, very often our dough is too tight or the strawberries spread on the plate, violating the aesthetic appearance of the varenichka. It's simple, following the steps of this recipe, you can always deftly serve dumplings with such unusual fillings as chocolate and strawberries.

The flour is sifted into a convenient bowl.

Olive oil, diluted with water and salt, must be boiled. Flour is introduced into the resulting mixture in portions. Do not stop stirring the liquid with a spatula until you are comfortable with the temperature when kneading the dough with your hands.

Knead the dough well and cover with a cotton towel. The dough should rest for 25 minutes.

In the meantime, take care of the filling: wash and dry the strawberries. Remove the tails and cut randomly. Chocolate is best crushed by hand into small pieces.

From the dough we form 3 separate parts. Each part is rolled out to a thickness of 0.4 mm. Circles are squeezed out with round dishes (it is best to use a glass). As usual, we remove the excess dough, rolling it up to squeeze out the next circles.

Put a piece of chocolate and a little strawberry on the finished mugs.

We form dumplings.

Cooking rules: Boil water, send the dumplings in portions to the pan. We stir with a wooden spoon so that they do not stick together and do not stick to the bottom of the pan Cooking process - about 5 minutes.

Serving rules: Lubricate the finished dumplings with butter, sour cream sauce or just sprinkle with sugar.
