Recipe for cottage cheese-banana casserole in a double boiler
We prepare cottage cheese-banana casserole without sugar and butter, because it is a real find for people who follow the figure, besides, the casserole turns out to be sweet and very tasty.
Mix cottage cheese with yogurt until smooth.
Then add pureed banana to the curd mass (you can simply beat everything in a blender), cinnamon, vanillin and mix everything thoroughly.
Beat the egg and add it to the curd mass, pour in the flour, mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Next, finely chop an apple or pear (you can just grate it on a coarse grater) and add to the dough, add dried fruits (I used cherries and pineapple), then stir.
Put our mass in a rice steamer (since I have a small container, so I divided the dough into two parts and cooked two small casseroles) and put in a double boiler for forty-five minutes.
Cottage cheese banana casserole, cool before serving. You can serve both as an independent dish and as an addition to fresh berries and fruits.
