Casserole with fresh herbs and herbs
Ingredients
  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 50 g grated hard cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • a few chives of fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt pepper
  • flour or breadcrumbs
  • butter

1. Wash the greens thoroughly and finely chop

2. Grease baking dishes with butter and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs.

3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.

4. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.

5. Mix cottage cheese with pounded yolks until a homogeneous smooth mass. Salt, pepper, add grated cheese and chopped herbs.

6. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites and mix.

7. Arrange the curd mass in prepared molds.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

9. Serve with green salad and croutons.
