Potato casserole with minced meat

- 500 gr. potatoes
- 500 gr. minced meat
- 100 gr. cheese (you can take sour cream)
- 2 onions
- 50 gr. butter
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe for potato casserole with minced meat
Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain the water, add the butter and mash it.
Finely chop the onion and mix it with minced meat. Fry the minced meat in a pan until cooked, in the process of frying, add salt and pepper if necessary.
Lubricate the baking sheet with butter, in which the potato casserole will be prepared.
Take half of the mashed potatoes and spread in an even layer on the bottom of the baking sheet. In the second layer, spread the minced meat on top of the mashed potatoes. With the remaining mashed potatoes, completely cover the minced meat, the layer should be even.
Sprinkle potatoes with grated cheese, preferably hard varieties, or coat with sour cream.
We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the potato casserole with minced meat for 20 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and browned.
