Zucchini casserole with cottage cheese

- 2 zucchini
- 250 grams of cottage cheese
- 150 grams of cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 50 milliliters of milk
- Greenery
- Chili pepper, allspice and salt to taste
Recipe for zucchini casserole with cottage cheese
First, combine the eggs and milk in a suitable bowl and beat everything thoroughly until foam forms. Season with salt and pepper and beat again.
Prepare cheese curd mass. To do this, rub the cottage cheese with a sieve, grate the cheese on a fine grater and combine these two components. Add to this mass finely chopped greens and garlic, passed through a press. Mix everything thoroughly until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Pour the prepared egg mixture into the curd mass. Mix everything. You can add any spices.
Prepare the zucchini. Wash and dry with paper towel. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. In a heat-resistant form, place 1/3 of the curd - egg mass, place half of the zucchini on it. Next, repeat the layer of cottage cheese and zucchini. The top layer will be the curd mass, which must be sprinkled with grated cheese.
Send the casserole dish to a well-heated oven for 40 minutes. Pull out the form when the cheese is well melted and wakes up to have a beautiful fried appearance. Such a casserole is good on its own, but if you wish, you can prepare a side dish for it, for example, boiled new potatoes.
