Ingredients
  • 500 grams of cauliflower
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 300 ml milk
  • 120 grams of hard cheese
Cauliflower casserole turns out to be quite dietary and tasty, you will need no more than 40 minutes to cook.

We disassemble the head of cauliflower, take ¾ parts of the inflorescences and boil in salted water until cooked (about 6-7 minutes).

In the meantime, heat up a frying pan with butter and fry the rest of the cabbage inflorescences. If possible, deep-fry the cabbage.

We take half of the boiled cabbage and put it in a mold, put the fried cabbage inflorescences on top. Grind the remaining boiled cabbage in a blender with the addition of half the cheese and milk.

Pour the cabbage with the resulting mixture and sprinkle everything with the remaining cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send a baking sheet with cabbage there for 30 minutes. Readiness can be determined by the cheese, if it is reddened, then it's ready!
