To give the rolls the necessary shape, we need a special mat, which is used to roll the rolls. The first thing you need to do in the preparation of rolls is to boil the rice. Instructions and cooking times for different varieties of rice are written on the packaging.

Put the cooked rice on the nori seaweed. In the middle of the sheet lay out the filling with a strip. Now, with the help of a mat, we fold the rolls and cut them into identical parts.

Now we start preparing the sauce, which gives the baked rolls such a color. There are a lot of different recipes for this sauce, but we will use the simplest one. We mix mayonnaise together with ketchup and caviar, after which we spread the resulting sauce, 1 tablespoon for each of the rolls.

Now we put the rolls in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Over time, the rolls will acquire a pleasant golden hue and a unique taste that everyone should definitely try.
