Second courses
- 600 gr. ground beef
- 100 gr. prunes
- 300 ml cream with a fat content of 20-22%
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground chili pepper
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- 500 gr. pumpkins
- 400 gr. zucchini
- 300 gr. hard cheese
- 3 gr. dill
- 3 gr. parsley
- 40 ml vegetable oil
- 300 gr. carrots
- 3 chicken eggs
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
Recipe for baked stew
We make balls of minced meat and fry them on both sides for about 3 minutes. It should be fried on high heat.
We spread the resulting meatballs in a baking dish, and put one prunes on top of the meatballs.
We clean and cut the carrots into strips, after which we shift it to the meatballs.
Mix chicken eggs with spices, salt and cream. Pour the resulting mixture into each of the layers that we will lay out.
We cut the pumpkin into slices and lay it between the meatballs, put thin slices of garlic on top.
Dice the peppers and zucchini, and put them in the same way.
We put the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, we pass 200 grams of hard cheese through a grater, and cut the remaining cheese into plates.
After 30 minutes, we take the dish out of the oven, sprinkle everything with grated cheese, and lay the layers on top. Now put the dish back in the oven for 30 minutes.
