- cod fillet - 400 gr;
- cheese of any kind, the main thing is that it melts well - 80 gr;
- tomato - 3 pcs;
- sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
- milk - 80 ml;
- basil or thyme - half a teaspoon;
- ground pepper
- grainy mustard - 2 teaspoons
Many gourmets love fish for its delicate taste. Cheese-mustard sauce will be able to emphasize all the tenderness of taste. This dish goes well with white wine and fresh bread. Cod fillet can be replaced with telapia fillet or sea bass fillet.

Tomatoes need to be washed and cut into slices. It is also advisable to wash and dry the fish fillet. Cheese must be rubbed on a coarse grater. Mix mustard with sour cream and milk in a deep container. Mix thoroughly, then add the grated cheese to the mixture.

Put the cod fillet on a greased baking sheet and top with a layer of tomatoes, salt everything well, add spices and pour over the mustard and cheese sauce. Bake the dish for no more than 20 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200C. If you want to get a golden crust, then a couple of minutes before the end of cooking, switch the oven to the “Grill” mode. The dish is ready, you can serve it on the table.
