- 2 fish fillets
- 1 large red tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
For a nutritious and fresh dinner, try fish baked with vegetables. You can use almost any fish to make this dish.
Recipe for baked fish with vegetables

We clean the fish and vegetables for further cooking.

Cut the vegetables into random pieces and put them on a baking sheet. Add some pepper, salt and olive oil.

Preheat the oven and send them to bake until cooked. Stir the vegetables several times during cooking to ensure they cook evenly.

Now we rub the fish fillet with a variety of spices, in principle, one pepper and salt is enough.

As soon as the vegetables are ready, lay the fish fillets directly on them, pour over the formed vegetable juice and return the baking sheet back to the oven for 5 minutes. Then turn the fish over and bake it for another 5 minutes.
