Baked trout with spinach
Ingredients
  • trout - up to 300 g
  • spinach - 40 g
  • mushrooms (oyster mushrooms) - 40 g
  • cherry tomatoes - 30 g
  • olive oil, salt, black pepper - to taste
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • garlic oil (optional)
  • rosemary - 1-2 sprigs
Baked fish goes well with vegetables, but not everyone knows that it can be cooked with mushrooms. Shall we try?

Recipe for baked trout with spinach

1. Wash vegetables. We clean the fish (if you bought a whole fish, not a fillet)

2. We take a trout carcass and make cuts with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, with a few drops of garlic oil, rub the carcass with your hands. We put rosemary, garlic inside.

3. Put the fish on a baking sheet with foil (parchment).

4. Bake the fillet for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

5. We are preparing an interesting dressing for fish: fry oyster mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spinach in a heated pan.

6. Serve: decorate the plate with balsamic vinegar. We spread the mushrooms with vegetables and put the trout fillet. Serve with lemon wedges.
