Baked sea bream with young beans

Ingredients
- 2 medium sea bream, ready to cook
- 1 lemon
- 200 g green peas
- 200 g young beans
- 200 g flat green beans
- 1 sprig of cherry tomatoes (10 pcs.)
- 4 tablespoons green pesto
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
A very flavorful holiday dish.
Recipe for baked sea bream with young beans

Heat the oven up to 180°C. Wash the fish, dry it, rub with salt and pepper inside and out. Lemon cut into circles.

Put the fish in a baking dish and spread the lemon slices over it, put a few slices inside the fish.

Place a sprig of tomatoes next to the fish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.

Prepare beans. Pour the beans into 30 with boiling water and peel off the hard skin. Wash the beans, sort, remove the stalks and cut the pods into slices of approx. 3 cm

Put all legumes in boiling salted water and cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and let it drain completely. Mix boiled beans with pesto, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve baked fish with beans.
