Ingredients
  • sour cream (20% fat) - 250 g
  • flour - 200 g
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs. (1 needs to be welded)
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
  • soda - 1/3 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • canned fish - 1 can
  • green onion - bunch
  • butter - 100 g

1. Boil 1 egg.

2. Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and 2 eggs (raw). add 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Beat everything slowly. Then, while stirring, add flour. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Filling: without draining the liquid from canned food, put everything in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Add diced egg (step 1), green onion. Mix everything until smooth.
