Ingredients
- 300 g fish broth
- 20 g gelatin
- 150 g lightly salted pink salmon
- 100 g peeled boiled shrimp
- 1 boiled carrot
- 1 can of canned green peas
- 1 st. l. cranberries
- Basil or parsley leaves
- 1 st. l. lemon juice
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Exotic aspic with wonderful taste.
Recipe for jellied "ocean"

Dilute gelatin in fish broth, heat until completely dissolved. Salt, pour in lemon juice.

Peel the pink salmon, remove the bones, cut into thin slices.

Grease molds with vegetable oil. Lay out a layer of peas in 8 molds, fill with a part of the broth with gelatin. Put on 20 min. into the refrigerator.

Put slices of fish on the peas, pour another part of the broth. Place in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes. Then beautifully arrange the shrimp, lingonberries, carrot figurines, and basil or parsley leaves. Pour everything with the remaining broth, refrigerate for 1 hour.
