Ingredients
  • pepper - 4 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese - 280 gr.;
  • hard cheese - 170 gr.;
  • ready-made mustard - 45 gr.;
  • onion - 30 gr.;
  • red ground pepper - 10 gr.;
  • dill - 25 gr.;
  • salt to taste.
Bulgarian pepper, especially red, is the record holder for the content of vitamin C. In addition, it contains potassium, magnesium, iron, and iodine salts.

Recipe for bell peppers

Rinse the pepper, cut in half, remove the seed box and stalk.

Cheese cut into small cubes.

Crush the nuts in a mortar.

Mash the garlic in a garlic press.

Rinse the parsley and chop finely.

Mix cheese, nuts, garlic and herbs. Add spices to the mixture and season with oil.

Put the stuffing in each half of the pepper. Place in skillet and bake until cheese is melted.

Cool the finished boats and arrange on a dish in one row. Decorate with greenery.

Take peppers of different colors. Rinse, cut off the top and remove the seeds.

Prepare cream cheese. To do this, mix cottage cheese with grated cheese.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onion.

Wash and chop the dill.

Add onion, salt, pepper, mustard and dill to cottage cheese with cheese. Put the cream in a blender bowl and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Fill the peppers tightly with cream and refrigerate for an hour. Then, with a sharp knife, cut the stuffed peppers into circles, put on a flat dish, decorating with cucumber slices and tomato slices.
