Puff pastry boats are a versatile dish for all occasions. Sometimes, before the upcoming holiday, you think about what to cook so that it would be satisfying, tasty, beautiful and original. These "Boats" are suitable for celebrations, and for a quiet family dinner, and for a picnic. It's kind of an alternative to Pizza.

First you need to prepare the filling. I made the filling from the first option. To do this, boil potatoes, fry finely chopped mushrooms with onions, chop the cucumbers finely, mix everything, and season with mayonnaise.

Roll out puff pastry (preferably yeast) and cut into equal rectangles, put the filling in the middle.

Then close the edges on one side and the other, like a bag, giving the shape of a boat. You can also sprinkle with grated cheese, as in my case.

Put on a baking sheet, grease with yolk (if desired, sprinkle with grated cheese and sesame seeds) and bake at 180º for about 20-25 minutes.
