Ingredients
  • Broccoli - 550 gr.
  • Chicken breast 500 gr.
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 450 gr.
  • Pesto sauce - 100 ml
  • 900 gr. pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • marinara sauce

Calzone is a unique closed pizza, considered traditional in Italy.

We heat the oven to 230 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and brush them with olive oil.

Wash broccoli, dry and cut. Mix chicken with broccoli, place sauce and mozzarella, add pepper and salt to taste.

Roll out half of the dough into a circle. We spread our prepared filling on one part, leaving a little space for the side. Lubricate the edges with water and close, sealing the edges tightly.

We do the same manipulations with the second part.

We shift the closed pizza on a baking sheet, with the help of a knife we ​​make several cuts, grease everything with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake the covered pizza until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

While the pizza is cooking, heat up the marinara sauce.
