First of all, you need to cook croutons. This is not difficult: fresh slices of bread must be placed in a toaster, if it is not available, dry in the oven until a golden crust appears.
After that, a poached egg. There are options for how to cook this type of eggs, but it is better to use the simplest recipe: take a coffee cup, spread cling film into it, carefully break the freshest eggs onto it.
