Fried eggs with tomatoes and smoked meats
Second courses
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Smoked meat of beef, pork, poultry ... - 100 g
- Small zucchini - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Parsley, cilantro, dill, onion ... - 1 bunch
- Grated cheese - 100-150 g
- Eggs - 4-5 pcs.
- Vinegar natural - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Oil for frying - as needed
Recipe for scrambled eggs with tomatoes and smoked meats
Peel the onion, chop, sprinkle with vinegar, let stand for a few minutes and simmer in a frying pan in oil.
Chop the zucchini, add to the onion and suggest.
Chop the meat into strips or cubes, add to the vegetables and lightly fry.
Wash the tomato, cut into cubes, add to vegetables and meat and simmer slightly.
Break the eggs into a frying pan, without destroying the yolk, salt, season with spices.
Crumble the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle half of the eggs.
Chop the greens and sprinkle on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the greens and fry over low heat until the eggs are cooked (~ 6 minutes).
Remove the dish from the heat, cover for one minute with a lid to melt the cheese on top.
The dish is ready. Serve hot. It can be served with a side dish or simply with bread.
