Berry pie
Ingredients
  • 180 gr. granulated sugar
  • 250 gr. butter
  • 500 gr. wheat flour
  • 200 gr. blueberries
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 5 gr. baking powder dough
  • 350 gr. black currant jam
Berry pie is prepared quite simply and quickly. The dough will be crumbly. Berries can be replaced with any jam or jam.

Whisk eggs together with sugar.

Melt the butter in a steam bath, then gradually pour in the eggs, stirring all the time.

Sift and mix flour with baking powder. Now add the flour to the egg mixture little by little, stirring all the time. Knead the dough, then separate 1/3 of the dough, wrap it in a film and send it to the freezer for 30 minutes.

Lubricate the baking dish with oil, then lay out the baking paper.

We spread 2/3 of the dough into the form, level it and make small bumpers along the edges.

Mix the thawed berries with jam and put them on top of the dough.

We rub a piece of dough that we have in the freezer on a coarse grater and sprinkle the pie with it.

Put the cake in the oven for 45 minutes. Bake should be at a temperature of 190 degrees.
