Recipe for berry crumble or berry pies
I made this powder in a food processor. The butter does not have time to melt completely, because there is no contact with warm hands, and the dough-powder turns out like sand. Just as it should be.
Finely grind the almonds in a food processor. Add flour, sugar and powder to the liver, mix. Now add cold butter, fresh from the freezer, cut into cubes (or how you can cut it). Then we mix it all in fast mode. The bowl of the combine is completely transparent, so we can see when the powder begins to take on the appearance of coarse wet sand. Everyone stopped.
Pour the dough-powder on the berries in the form, leveled with your hand.
We bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
Cool the finished crumble and spread with a spoon.
