Apples in caramel

- 180 gr. wheat flour
- 2 medium sized apples
- 35 ml sesame oil
- 20 gr. sesame
- 1 chicken egg
- 400 ml vegetable oil
- 150 gr. granulated sugar
Recipe for Caramelized Apples
First of all, we will prepare a batter, for this we mix a little flour with a beaten chicken egg, we also add 2 tablespoons of cold water. Mix the contents of the bowl so that there are no lumps.
We clean the apples from the skin, cut out the core and cut them into slices. Roll the resulting slices in flour.
Shake off excess flour from apple slices, dip in egg batter and mix so that the apples are completely in the batter.
Deep-fry the apple slices until golden brown, at a temperature of 190 degrees. It is necessary to ensure that the apples do not stick together, stirring them periodically.
We take out the finished apples and put them on a napkin so that the glass is excess oil.
Take a deep frying pan and heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in it. Add sugar and start stirring non-stop until the sugar turns into caramel. As soon as the color of the caramel turns a little brownish, immediately reduce the heat and add sesame seeds and apples to the pan. Mix the contents of the pan well so that the caramel completely covers the apple slices.
