Apple strudel with puff pastry

- 2 sheets of ready-made puff pastry
- 2-3 apples
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, the same amount of sugar and flour
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
- 1 egg
Puff pastry apple strudel recipe
We clean the apples, cut out the middle and cut them. In a bowl, mix apples with cinnamon, brown flour and simple sugar. Leave the mixture to stand in a bowl for 20 minutes so that the fruit starts to juice. In another container, mix 2 types of sugar, nuts and crackers.
Next, take 1 sheet of dough, roll it out, sprinkle it with a mixture of crackers and nuts, and then lay out the apple filling. The filling is wrapped from the edge of the dough.
The same procedure is repeated with the second sheet of dough.
We heat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. We bend the edges of the rolls and put them on a baking sheet. Brush the top of the rolls with egg. We make neat cuts on the rolls.
Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
Serve this strudel with whipped cream and ice cream.
