Recipe for airy buns with sugar

1

Pour the yeast into warm milk, mix well and leave for 10 minutes for fermentation to occur. Stir in the butter and let cool slightly. Beat 1 egg until foamy with vanilla sugar. Carefully pour the beaten egg into the prepared dough, add the slightly cooled butter, mix everything thoroughly.

2

Start introducing flour in small portions and knead a soft elastic dough. Leave the dough in the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave in a warm place for about 2 hours for the dough to rise well.

3

Rinse the raisins and pour boiling water over them. After the dough has risen and has doubled in size, add the raisins to it, mix and you can begin to form the buns.

4

Grease a baking sheet with oil and, rolling small balls from the dough, put them on it. When done, cover the rolls with a towel and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. When the dough has risen well, brush each bun with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.

5

Send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. It takes about 20 minutes to bake. You can serve these buns to the table with any drinks, juices, tea or coffee.
