Delicious fish soup
Ingredients
  • 500 g fish fillet (telapia, salmon and others, you can even use canned fish)
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 sl. sunflower oil
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 8 pcs. peppercorns
Today we will cook the most delicious fish soup, in my opinion. You will definitely like it too.

Recipe for cooking delicious fish soup

Boil water and add bay leaf and salt to taste.

Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and place in a saucepan.

In the meantime, while our fish is cooking, chop the onion and grate the carrots on a medium grater (you can cut 1 carrot into thin circles).

Fry freshly chopped vegetables in sunflower oil.

Cut the potatoes into small sticks, and the bell pepper into cubes.

Boil the fish fillet for about 10 minutes, then add the potatoes.

Cook for another 5 minutes and add the peppercorns and chopped bell pepper.

10 minutes later, add the roasted onions and carrots and 2 tbsp. ketchup.

Cook for another 10 minutes and that's it.
