Vinaigrette with beans
Ingredients
  • Medium size beets - 1 piece
  • Medium carrot - 1 piece
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Pickled cucumber - piece
  • Beans - 1/2 cup
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Before cooking, it is necessary to soak the beans and boil until cooked, but so that they do not boil.
