Vegetarian lagman
Ingredients
  • Long vermicelli - 50 grams
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Potato - 400 grams
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Soy meat - 100 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
  • parsley
  • Dill
  • Salt
Lagman is considered a Central Asian dish, the main ingredient of which is noodles. Lagman can be said to be a universal dish, some consider it the first dish, and some use it as a second . It all depends on how thick the dish is.

Vegetarian lagman recipe

First of all, soak the soy meat in vegetable broth or plain water for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chop the onion, and cut the carrots into strips.

Transfer the vegetables to a saucepan and pour over the oil. Simmer vegetables over low heat for 10-12 minutes.

Add soy meat and a little liquid in which it was soaked.

Bring everything to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Slice the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Pepper and salt to taste.

Boil the vermicelli while the potatoes are cooking.

We lay out the finished vermicelli on plates and pour the vegetable mixture.

We decorate the dish with dill and parsley.
