Ingredients
  • Any mushrooms - 150 gr.
  • onions - 2 heads,
  • flour - 600 gr.
  • water - 200 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • greens for decoration, butter and salt to taste.

Mushrooms must be washed, processed, boiled in salted water and cut into small pieces. Finely chopped onion fry in butter until golden brown and mix with mushrooms.

Knead the dough for dumplings - to do this, beat the eggs with a glass of cold water, salt and gradually add the flour. Roll it into a thin layer, like dumplings, cut into 5 cm squares. Spread the mushroom filling, form dumplings and boil in salted water.

If desired, they can be slightly darkened. To do this, transfer the finished dumplings to a heat-resistant pan or deep form, season with butter and then bake in the oven for a couple of minutes. Serve ready-made dumplings hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
