Waffles with cheese and ham

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 200 g softened butter
- 1 st. l. Sahara
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 150 g thinly sliced ham
- 150 g of any grated cheese
- 4 eggs
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt
- 200 g feta or fat village sour cream
- a handful of any lettuce leaves
A hot breakfast is perhaps the most important argument that can make us jump on an alarm clock on a chilly winter morning without losing all our good spirits. The whirlwind of worries before the New Year holidays is sucking, and we just need to maintain our will to live with homemade waffles, crispy biscuits and toast with warm blue cheese sauce.
Recipe for waffles with cheese and ham

1. Mix flour with salt and baking powder.

2. Set aside 4-5 slices of ham for serving, finely chop the rest.

3. Mix the eggs with sugar, softened butter and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add flour with salt and baking powder and beat again to get a homogeneous mass without lumps. Add grated cheese, chopped ham to the resulting dough, mix again and bake the dough in a waffle iron until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, break the feta into small pieces. Fry the remaining slices of ham in a grill pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.

5. Serve finished waffles with lettuce, ham slices, feta cheese or sour cream.
