Recipe for duck with apples

Place the duck in a roasting pan, put the ghee, then fry in the oven at a temperature of 270 degrees to get a golden crust. After lowering the heat of the oven to 170 degrees, from time to time watering the duck with the resulting juice. Fry for about 40-60 minutes more.
Take out the duck, cut the thread, take out the apples, put the apples on a dish around the duck. Decorate the duck with herbs, then serve.
