Duck with buckwheat and apples
Second courses

- 10 apples (in my case Antonovka)
- 30 g butter
- 20 g honey
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Recipe for duck with buckwheat and apples
We take 5 apples, pre-washed. Cut in half and cut out the middle.
We wash the duck and remove unnecessary fatty parts. Rub with salt and pepper and brush with honey (optional). We stuff the duck with halves of five peeled apples.
We grease a baking sheet with butter and put our duck with apples on it. We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
We bake the duck for 2 hours, depending on the size. Every 20-30 minutes, the duck should be watered with juice released into the baking sheet so that it does not turn out dry.
While our duck is baking, let's cook buckwheat. To do this, rinse the buckwheat and boil in salted water until tender.
5 remaining apples cut into pieces (1 apple into about 6-8 pieces).
After 1.5 hours from the start of baking the duck, put buckwheat and apples on a baking sheet, and continue to bake until tender.
