Ingredients
  • duck (legs) - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes (young, it is better to take smaller ones) - 0.5 kg
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • pepper (mixture) - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • nutmeg - 3 pinches
  • thyme - 2 sprigs

1. Wash the meat, dry it. Then salt them and grate with spices and leave for 2-3 hours.

2. Cut off excess fat from the legs.

3. Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into equal pieces.

4. Remove the core from the washed apples. Cut into slices.

5. Peel the onion from the husk and cut into fairly large pieces.

6. Bake for the first time: pieces of fat, legs and onions, covered with foil at a temperature of 200 degrees.

You can take a ceramic form, but better ducklings.
