Ingredients
  • Dill to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Fish (trout or salmon)
  • 400 ml milk
  • Leek
  • 4 things. potatoes
  • Black ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • one bulb
  • 1 l. water
Ukha in Finnish is a fish soup with cream, the cream should be fatty (you can also replace the cream with milk). Ukha in Finnish must contain dill and leek. The soup is very easy to make.

Clean the fish, remove the bones and cut into pieces.

Coarsely chop the onion.

Cut the leeks into rings.

Cut potatoes into slices.

Finely chop the dill.

Put the bones, coarsely chopped onion and spices in a pot of water, cook for 20 minutes.

Pour the broth into another saucepan and bring to a boil, after it boils add the chopped leeks and potatoes. Cook another 15 minutes.

Next, add chopped fish and cook everything together for another 5-10 minutes.

Mix the flour with milk and add to the ear and cook for a couple more minutes.

Add finely chopped dill. The dish is ready.
